Operation Notice

Peristaltic Pump Hose Care

The peristaltic pump hose is subject to wear. Regularly inspect the hose for damage or adhesion to minimize impact on instrument performance. If any abnormality is detected, replace the hose immediately. After each use, release the squeeze arm of the peristaltic pump to prevent prolonged compression that could damage the hose.

Calibration Recommendation

If the instrument has not been used for more than three months, it is recommended to re-calibrate using standard acid.

Extract Preparation

When preparing the extract, ensure all containers are completely dry and free of water. Store the extract in a sealed container.

Sample Cup Handling

During continuous testing, sample cups may be reused without cleaning between tests. However, when cleaning is required, cups must be thoroughly cleaned and completely dried before subsequent use.

Post-Test Cleaning

Always clean the instrument thoroughly after each test.
