The ratio group tester calibration device is a precision standard calibration instrument specifically designed for the calibration and verification of transformer turns ratio and connection group testers. Developed in accordance with the calibration regulations of GB 1094.1-1996 Power Transformer Part 1: General Principles and JJG 314-2010 Instrument Voltage Transformers, the device meets the stringent calibration requirements of modern digital ratio group testers.
The instrument performs ratio calibration at 200 V and is equipped with seven decimal adjustment dials, enabling the setting of any desired ratio value with high precision. Three additional adjustment dials allow configuration of various connection groups, including D/d, D/y, D/z, Y/d, Y/y, and Y/z, providing comprehensive coverage of common transformer winding configurations.
The device employs a passive voltage ratio standard, constructed by connecting three sets of single-phase ratio standards through a switch combination. This design ensures simple operation, reliable performance, and strong anti-interference capability, making it suitable for use in both laboratory and field calibration environments.
