I. Product Overview

Interturn short circuits in generator rotor windings are a common fault in power systems. When such faults occur, the rotor current increases and the winding temperature rises, limiting the generator's output and affecting normal operation. Interturn short circuits are typically detected by measuring the AC impedance and power loss of the generator rotor winding.

Traditional measurement methods require multiple test instruments and meters to be assembled on-site. This approach involves building a measurement system with numerous instruments, leading to heavy test equipment, time-consuming and labor-intensive procedures, complicated data organization, and low accuracy.

With the advancement of digital signal processing technology, new microprocessors and algorithms are continually emerging. Transformer Testing: Supports no-load, short-circuit, and voltage/current transformer testing for voltage and current transformers and arc suppression coils.

Protection Functions: Comprehensive over-voltage and over-current protection. The protection values are automatically adjusted based on the test parameter settings, simplifying operation while ensuring the safety of the equipment under test.
