I. Overview
The HZ-1021 Lubricating Grease Dropping Point Tester is designed and manufactured in compliance with the Chinese National Standard GB/T 4929 and ASTM D566. It is used to determine the dropping point of lubricating grease and is widely applied in the petrochemical, defense, scientific research, and transportation industries.

II. Instrument Structure
The HZ-1021 Lubricating Grease Dropping Point Tester consists of an electric heating control system, an oil bath, a cuvette assembly, a thermometer holder, a lighting system, and an agitation mechanism. It features a reasonable structural design, user-friendly operation, and a compact, flexible layout.

Heating Control System
Comprising an internal heating tube and a temperature-rise regulation circuit, the system provides low energy consumption and high thermal efficiency. The regulation circuit employs a solid-state relay for control, offering high integration, stable performance, reliable quality, and a compact size. An analog voltmeter displays the heating tube voltage for intuitive and accurate monitoring.

Oil Bath
The double-layered oil bath consists of an inner 600ml flask and an outer insulating and leak-proof cylinder. A cuvette holder with dual springs ensures secure and convenient installation by simply inserting the cuvette between the springs.

Thermometer Holder
Designed with screws and nuts, the holder includes an oil-resistant rubber O-ring to securely grip the thermometer. A rubber ring at the bottom positions the thermometer accurately, allowing quick and standard-compliant installation without further adjustment.
