HZKZ-50A Transformer No-load / On-load Loss Tester
The HZKZ-50A Transformer On-No Load Characteristics Analyzer is the latest product from Huazheng Electric Manufacturing (Baoding) Co., Ltd. The instrument features a popular ARM processor, with a base frequency of 168 MHz and 128 MB of memory, which can be expanded to a 4 GB memory card. It uses a 7-inch high-definition color touch panel, combined with the Emwin display interface, making the user interface more intuitive and easy to operate. The analyzer can be operated entirely through the touchscreen, without the need for a keyboard. The instrument supports a database and allows data to be exported via USB drive or transmitted to a computer through a data cable.

Testing Workflow:
Set Parameters: Before testing:
Input the correct settings based on the transformer being tested.
Enter a storage sequence number to save results under that record.
Click "Save Changes" to save settings and enter the test interface.
Run Test:
Select the required test (e.g., Impedance or Parameters).
Click "Start".
Gradually increase the test voltage to complete the measurement.
End Test:
Click "End".
Save the test record to finalize the process.
