HZ-600H SFRA Method Transformer Winding Deformation Tester

System Introduction

The Sweep Frequency Response Analyzer is designed for power transformers rated 66 kV and above, as well as other special-purpose transformers. During operation and transportation, power transformers are susceptible to short-circuit currents and physical impacts, which generate powerful electrodynamic forces. These forces can cause permanent winding deformations (e.g., distortion, swelling, or dislocation), compromising transformer safety.

In compliance with  IEC 60076-18 standards, this instrument detects winding deformations via SFRA Method. It measures the amplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding and compares results vertically or horizontally to diagnose deformations based on characteristic shifts.
