I. Product Overview

The HZ-3521A Three-Phase Energy Meter Field Calibrator is specifically designed for on-site inspection and fault diagnosis of high-voltage power grid metering devices. Utilizing high-precision internal transformers and clamp-type current transformers for sampling, it enables operators to rapidly, safely, and reliably measure energy meter errors and wiring faults. This instrument provides critical support for power system inspectors in detecting electricity theft/leakage, identifying metering device failures, ensuring accurate measurement, and facilitating electricity quantity recovery.

II. Features

2.1 Detects errors of the metering device without power failure and without altering the metering circuit wiring, enabling fault diagnosis without service interruption.

2.2 Measures a variety of electrical parameters including voltage, current, power, phase angle, power factor, and frequency, allowing accurate fault determination in the metering circuit.

2.3 Measures CT ratio error and phase angle (optional function).

2.4 Displays vector diagrams of three-phase voltage and current for直观 verification of metering device wiring errors.

2.5 Current loops are measured using clamp-type transformers, enabling operators to perform measurements quickly, easily, safely, and reliably without opening the current loop.

2.6 Detects the integrated error of reactive energy meters without changing wiring.

2.7 Features waveform display and harmonic analysis functions. The instrument can display voltage and current waveforms for each channel simultaneously or separately. It analyzes 1st to 32nd harmonic content and values, and generates harmonic bar charts.

2.8 Built on the emWin operating system with a 7-inch true-color LCD display, the instrument offers full touch operation without a keyboard. A single screen can display multiple electrical parameters simultaneously.
