The 120kV 3mA DC High Voltage Test Machine is a DC high voltage test device used for withstand voltage and leakage current testing of power equipment, insulation materials and high voltage components.

DC High Voltage Test Machine Safety Precautions

Note:
When installing or removing the plug, always hold the metal ring firmly. Do not pull the cable directly.

Safety Notice:
To ensure operator safety during discharge, the discharge rod must be securely and correctly connected. The discharge system includes:

Ground jack

Discharge tip

Ground lead

During discharge, keep the rear end of the grounding lead angled away from the test object to prevent arcing between the ground and the sample.

Power Main Switch:
Do not use the main power switch to directly shut down high voltage. Always turn off the High Voltage Switch first, then switch off the main power.

High Voltage Switch:
Turn on the high voltage switch only after the system is ready for testing. After the test, switch it off first before cutting off the main power.

Power Supply Check:
Before operation, confirm that the input power supply matches the rated voltage.
After testing, ensure the test object is fully discharged for at least 1 minute before handling.
