The houillon kinematic viscosity tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the ASTM D7279 standard, and its test results are highly consistent with those obtained from ASTM D445 and GB/T265 standard methods. The instrument features a modular design, with the detection section incorporating advanced sensors and a high-precision AD conversion circuit. The main control unit utilizes multiple industrial-grade, highly reliable 32-bit RISC architecture microprocessors with ultra-low power consumption, ensuring reliable communication and forming a unified and robust measurement and control platform.
The instrument's operation program employs a high-quality, streamlined modular design that is seamlessly integrated with the hardware. This enables fully automated control of key processes including temperature ramping, constant temperature maintenance, liquid level detection, timing, calculation, and printing.
