Description
The HZLY-200A is a specialized equipment designed for processing insulation oil. Its primary function is to remove harmful substances such as moisture, gas, and particulate impurities through filtration, dehydration, and degassing processes. By improving the electrical performance and purity of insulation oil, it ensures the reliable and normal operation of power equipment.

Features:
1. Using a special defoaming device , foam can be eliminated without adding air to the degassing chamber. it completely eliminates the vacuum pump oil leakage and greatly improves the degassing efficiency .
2. Using PLC intelligent control technology, the entire equipment can be controlled with just one button, and the equipment does not require personnel at all. And retain the traditional operation control panel, even if the touch screen is broken, it will not affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. A T-type vacuum degassing tank is used. The horizontal tank is used for degassing and the vertical tank is used for temporary storage of oil. The degassing efficiency is more than twice that of "three-dimensional flash evaporation".
4. Exclusive use of vacuum balance pressure technology, when vacuuming the transformer, the vacuum pumping efficiency is increased by up to 50% (optional).
5. The advanced liquid level control system uses 2 solenoid valves to control the oil inlet, and the vacuum tank continuously supplies oil, which can not only prevent high-temperature cracking of the oil, but also greatly improve the heating efficiency.
6. Using "gradual density" filtration technology, the maximum filtration precision is 0.5µm, β≥5000 (for UHV transformers), and the solid particle retention rate is as high as 99.995%. The filtration precision of the primary filter is 5µm, the filtration precision of the secondary filter is 3µm, and the filtration precision of the third-stage filter is 1µm. The oil cleanliness limit can exceed NAS level 0.
7. Using screw pump or side channel oil pump, there is no extrusion during oil transportation and acetylene will never be generated.
8. Using a high-density heater with a heating load as low as 2.5W/cm² to prevent the heater surface temperature from being too high.
9. Optional online moisture sensor and particle counter can automatically stop the machine after passing the oil filtering without repeated sampling.
10. After selecting an online vacuum gauge, monitor the vacuum of the vacuum degassing tank in a timely manner to ensure the vacuum dehydration and degassing effect.
11. When equipped with an oil inlet and outlet frequency converter, the processing capacity can be set directly through the touch screen, and the PLC automatically adjusts the motor.
12. It has the function of exchanging the inlet and outlet, and the oil port. Switching the inlet and outlet through the valve makes it easy to connect the pipeline.
13. Equipped with a transformer vacuum interface, one device can realize transformer oil draining, hot oil circulation, vacuum oil filling and vacuum drying.
14. It has complete protection functions such as power supply abnormality, motor overload, and filter blockage.
Principle of vacuum dehydration and degassing
The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the difference in saturated vapor pressure between water and oil. The system consists of a coarse filter, oil supply pump, heater, vacuum separation tank, vacuum pump, condenser, fine filter, oil drain pump, and other components.
The vacuum pump evacuates air from the vacuum tank to create a vacuum environment. Under the action of the oil supply pump (or negative pressure), oil passes through the coarse filter and is heated to 40–70°C by the heater before entering the vacuum tank. Inside the vacuum tank, the oil is atomized into a fine spray, causing dissolved water and gas to rapidly evaporate. The vaporized gases are continuously removed by the vacuum pump.
The dehydrated and degassed oil is then discharged into the fine filter by the oil drain pump, where fine particulate impurities are filtered out through the filter element, resulting in purified oil ready for use.
