Products Description

Introduction

Please refer to the Ti-50 Automatic Potentiometric Titrator instruction manual before use, and pay attention to the following points:

Ensure proper grounding.

Prevent corrosive gas ingress.

Keep the instrument interface clean and dry. Avoid contact with acidic, alkaline, or salt solutions.

This instrument is suitable for long-term stable operation. After testing samples, the electrode should be immersed in deionized (DI) water.

The titrator is a high-precision measuring instrument. To avoid damaging high-impedance components, when the instrument is not connected to a measuring electrode, insert a Q9 shorting plug into its socket. When the instrument is connected to an electrode, store the shorting plug in a dry, clean environment to prevent moisture.

For long-term storage, rinse the burette with DI water, especially when using titrants that may cause crystallization or precipitation (e.g., AgNO₃). Clean immediately after use to avoid damaging the valve.

Features

The Ti-50 Automatic Titrator is a new product based on the ZDJ-5 model, featuring the following characteristics:

New Microprocessor Technology: Uses a 7-inch TFT touch screen with 65K color support; simple slide operation.

Valve-Burette Integration: User-replaceable integrated valve-burette unit, reducing solution interference between different titrations. Supports 10 mL and 20 mL burettes.

Improved Transmission System: Reduced instrument size and operating noise. Stirring system uses PWM technology for speed adjustment.

Upper Stirrer Support: Compatible with upper stirrer configuration.

Non-Aqueous Titration: Titration system uses perchloric acid-resistant materials for non-aqueous titration. Supports dual high-impedance input.

Expandable Titration Unit: Additional titrate unit can be added to meet special customer requirements (e.g., dual-pipe group titration).

Automatic pH Electrode Calibration: Supports automatic calibration.

Multiple Measuring Units: Supports potential measurement unit, dead-stop measurement unit, conductivity measurement unit, etc. Potential measurement unit is the default configuration; users can add additional units as needed (e.g., dead-stop, conductivity).

Titration Method Management: All titrations are managed via titration methods, supporting viewing, copying, editing, and creation. Each titration method includes equipment settings (measuring unit, titrate unit, stirrer parameters), measurement parameters, and result processing.

Measurement Methods: Different methods correspond to different measuring units. For the potential measuring unit, supports dynamic titration (DET titration), endpoint titration, equivalence titration (EQU titration), constant titration, manual titration, and two titrations accompanied by the titrator.

User-Friendly Interface: Good operation interface, easy to use, with real-time display of test methods, titration curves, and measurement results.

Process Control: The instrument controls the entire titration according to the process, allowing users to edit the titration process and create custom titration methods for specific applications.

Special Titration Modes: After titration, the meter can generate special titration modes directly, expanding the operating range. Performs pH measurement, acid-base titration, redox titration, precipitation titration, complexometric titration, and non-aqueous titration with various electrodes.

USB Support: Read/write of titration methods and results via USB flash drive.

Titrant Management: Supports up to 5 titrants.

Formula Editor: User-defined result calculation formulas, including numbers, operators (+, -, *, /, parentheses), system variables, and user-defined variables (up to 50 characters).

Computer Connectivity: USB and RS-232 interfaces for connection to a computer. Controlled by professional software; displays titration curves with first and second derivatives on the computer. Supports editing/modifying titration modes and statistical analysis.

Power-Off Protection: Saves measurement data and parameters in case of abnormal power failure.

Storage Capacity: 100 sets of titration methods; supports GLP norms and saves 200 sets of titration data.

Statistical Function: Allows users to perform statistics, viewing, analysis, and comparison of titration results.

Electrode Calibration: Buffer group management; automatic identification of pH buffers (GB, DIN, NIST, etc.). Supports up to three-point calibration.

Titration Start Options: Multiple approaches including initial interface, shortcuts, titration method management, etc.

Shortcut Creation: Create shortcuts for frequently used functions and titration methods for direct access.

Equipment Management: Allows debugging and separate control of each device.

Operation Guides: Simple and brief tips for normal operations, convenient for users.

User Management: Supports up to 8 users with password management.

Language Support: Chinese and English.

Firmware Upgrade: Multiple upgrade methods (including direct USB flash drive upgrade).
