I. Product Introduction

This product is designed in accordance with the Coulometric titration method specified in GB/T 214-2007 "Determination of Total Sulfur in Coal." It can automatically complete the determination of total sulfur content in strict compliance with the relevant provisions of the standard. Therefore, the product is widely used in coal testing, brick manufacturing, stone heating, electric power, coking, chemical, scientific research, food, and other industries.

II. Product Performance

Electrolysis Current: The Coulometric electrolysis program uses a 120 mA class electrolytic current, effectively extending the service life of the platinum sheet in the electrolytic cell.

Automatic Electrolytic Switch Control: Fully automatic electrolytic switch control prevents unstable test results or electrolytic function failure caused by electrolyte degradation or platinum electrode blackening.

Dual Independent Hall Positioning: Utilizes a dual independent Hall component positioning scheme, enabling continuously adjustable multi-segment sample feeding, and is compatible with the determination of high-sulfur and fast-sulfur samples.

Self-Calibrating Heating Current: Uses a self-calibrating heating current method, effectively improving the service life and compatibility of silicon-carbon tubes.

Result Notification: Optional intelligent voice broadcast or buzzer reminder after experiment completion.

Data Storage: Supports continuous scrolling storage for one or two sets of experimental data.

Operation Mode: Highly sensitive touch operation and membrane button operation can be used independently.

Design: Industrial integrated design – high-grade, generous, and easy to maintain.

Furnace Body: Horizontal high-temperature furnace body design effectively ensures stable formation of the constant temperature zone.
