Huazheng Digital AC DC Kilovoltmeter

The 150 kV Digital AC DC Kilovoltmeter is a high-precision voltage measuring instrument for high-voltage equipment, power systems, and laboratory environments. It can accurately detect AC and DC high voltages, solving problems such as measurement instability, insufficient accuracy, and safety risks in high-voltage testing.

Installation Steps:

Open the aluminum alloy case. Remove the voltage-sharing sphere by holding it firmly and rotating it counterclockwise.

Take out the voltage divider, digital measuring unit, and the dedicated connecting cable.

Reinstall the sphere onto the divider by screwing it clockwise until secure. Place the complete assembly in the required test position.

Connect the grounding wire located on the base of the divider to a reliable earth ground point. Ensure the connection is secure.

Firmly connect the high-voltage lead to both the top terminal of the divider and the voltage sphere. Verify all connections are tight.

Connect the measuring cable by inserting the dedicated cable into the output port of the divider.

Connect the other end of the cable to the voltage input port of the digital measuring instrument. Ensure it is securely fixed.

Measurement Procedure:

On the digital measuring instrument, select the appropriate measurement mode (AC or DC) according to the test requirements.

Power on the system, apply high voltage gradually, and record the measured value.

Shutdown and Dismantling:

After the test is completed, wait until the display returns to zero voltage before approaching the equipment.

Once confirmed that the voltage has dissipated, safely disconnect and dismantle the test circuit.
