1.Voltmeter: Displays the output voltage. Display unit: kV. Maximum display: 999.9 kV.

2.Ammeter: Displays the output current (including sample leakage current and air leakage current, etc.). Maximum display: 9999 µA, except for special models.

3.Power Socket: Single-phase AC 220V ±10%, 50 Hz power input.

4.MOA 75% Signal Light: The signal light is on when the voltage change is more than 75% of V1mA. The voltmeter displays the highest output voltage value, not the actual output voltage. Once the voltage regulation knob is turned back to zero, the light will turn off.

5.Aviation Socket: Please align the positioning pin and press the plug in, then tighten it clockwise to connect the socket. To disconnect, turn counterclockwise.

6.Note: Please hold the plug's metal rings tightly; do not grasp or pull the line. Improper disassembly or connection may shorten the lifespan of the connecting line.

7.Ground Terminal: Connect the ground wire to the grounding screw at the bottom of the generator.

8.MOA 75% Button: During the testing of zinc oxide lightning arresters, V_1mA is the high voltage value when the leakage current is 1 mA. Press the MOA 75% button to automatically drop the voltage to 75% of V_1mA. The conversion accuracy is better than 0.5%.

9.Voltage Rough Adjustment Knob: Clockwise adjustment increases the voltage, with a maximum of 1.1 Ve. Due to the needs of the internal self-test circuit and the non-zero start design, adjusting 3/4 of a clockwise turn will not produce voltage output when the potentiometer is returned to zero.

10.Voltage Fine Adjustment Knob: When the potentiometer is in the middle position, the adjustment range for the current value is between 3% and 8%.

11.Main Power Switch: Avoid turning off high voltage directly with this switch. Please use the HV switch first.

12.HV Switch: Turn up the HV switch to increase the voltage. Turn off the switch before shutting off the power after the test.

13.Fuse: AC inlet fuse. Please use a fuse with the matching current value.

14.Built-in Knob for Overvoltage Adjustment: The user can set and adjust the overvoltage value within the rated voltage range. The overvoltage value can be set statically without increasing the voltage. The error margin is 1%.

15.Overvoltage Indicator: When the output voltage exceeds the set voltage, the overvoltage protection mechanism will activate, shutting off the high voltage, and the overvoltage indicator light will turn on.

16.Overcurrent Indicator: When the load current exceeds 1.1 times the rated current or during a short circuit discharge, the indicator light will turn on, and the high voltage will shut off.

17.HV Indicator: When the high voltage switch is turned up under boost conditions, the high voltage indicator light is green. The setting of the overvoltage value can only be operated when the green light is off and the high voltage switch is off.
