The HZ-A30 fully intelligent multi-pulse cable fault tester is a high-performance device that integrates a comprehensive suite of cable fault testing functions. Developed independently in alignment with international power industry trends and the rapid growth of the domestic power sector, it is specifically designed to meet the unique demands of cable fault testing with exceptional stability. The system systematically integrates wireless communication technology, photoelectric knob mouse technology, and expandable Bluetooth technology, significantly enhancing functionality, value, and on-site convenience.
The entire system complies with the General Technical Conditions for Specialized Testing Instruments for Power Equipment as specified in the People's Republic of China's electric power industry standards DL/T849.1-2019 through DL/T849.3-2019. The system comprises a flash tester, a multi-pulse generator, a pinpoint locator, and an optional cable path locator. It is used to test various power cable faults and locate cable paths and burial depths, covering precise fault testing for power cables, railway and airport signal control cables, and street light cables.

Display & Interface: Features a 12.1-inch large-screen, high-brightness LCD display with knob mouse control, designed for outdoor readiness. Powered by lithium batteries for convenient field use. The engineering plastic case is shockproof, moisture-proof, and offers strong stability.
Wireless Communication & Data Transfer: The flash tester is equipped with a WIFI module and SIM interface, enabling wireless remote transmission of measurement data and mobile terminal technical support. It utilizes integrated communication technology for stable signal acquisition, with eight user-selectable sampling frequencies ranging from 3.125 MHz to 400 MHz and adaptive pulse width to meet varying cable length requirements.
Intelligent Waveform Processing: The software automatically identifies and searches for inflection points across three test waveforms: low-voltage pulse, impulse current, and multiple pulse methods. Fault inflection points are automatically locked, and fault distance is automatically read and displayed.
Display & Analysis: Waveforms are displayed in three zones on a single screen, with up to ten measured waveforms randomly displayed for selection. Supports both automatic and manual waveform card verification, with storage, playback, and analysis functions.
Multi-Pulse Generator: The unique multi-pulse generator design produces ten low-voltage short-circuit pulse waveforms in a single discharge, automatically optimizing standard waveforms and significantly reducing large oscillation interference.
Pinpointing & Noise Filtering: The pinpointing instrument employs dual-selection technology with noise filtering, directly and digitally displaying the distance change between the test point and fault point while simultaneously detecting cable path direction.
Bluetooth & Mobile App Support: The precision locating instrument supports mobile phone apps via Bluetooth, enabling two-person synchronized point location with a single probe using connected headsets.
Remote Assistance & Training: The professional cable quick test app supports remote waveform analysis assistance, case sharing, teaching and training, and simulated exams anytime, anywhere.
