HZBB-10B Transformer Portable Handheld Turns Ratio Meter
In the production of semi-finished and finished products using power transformers, before a new transformer is put into operation, and in accordance with the national ministry's preventive testing procedures, it is required to conduct a transformer turn ratio or voltage ratio test. This test allows for the verification of the transformer's turn ratio, the condition of the tap changer, the presence of turn-to-turn short circuits, and whether the transformer can run in parallel.The HZBB-10B intelligent transformer ratio group tester, which uses a new algorithm developed by our company, can measure the three-phase transformer ratio without needing to adjust the balance of the three-phase power supply, ensuring measurement accuracy. As a result, the test is fast, and the ratio and wiring mode can be measured in approximately 3 seconds.

Matters Needing Attention
The ground terminal or the ground wire in the power cable must be reliably grounded.
Please ensure that the correct setting parameters are entered before testing. The group label and the measured transformer must match. If uncertain, select "unknown" to allow the tester to automatically identify the transformer.
If the rated ratio is not entered, the results will only display the measured ratio value and will not show the error.
When using the instrument, it is recommended to use the built-in output of the instrument for testing. External standard voltage dividers should not be used, as voltage transformers have non-linear accuracy, which can affect measurement precision.
