HZ-8600E Central Cabinet Wireless Phasing Tester is designed for nuclear phase measurement in switch cabinets with five-proof functionality. By connecting the collector to the busbars of the upper and lower knife switches of the central cabinet, the instrument enables six-phase measurement. It is also equipped with a universal transmitter for two high-voltage lines in grid-connected or ring network configurations. This instrument is suitable for AC transmission lines ranging from 5 kV to 220 kV and provides secondary live display nuclear phase readings. It includes a high-voltage testing function and utilizes wireless transmission technology to ensure safe, reliable operation. The instrument is user-friendly and overcomes many of the limitations associated with wired nuclear phase meters. Additionally, the instrument can be upgraded to include phase sequence detection and remote nuclear phase functionalities.

I. Safety Matters
During field testing, operations must adhere to the safety distance standards established by the power department for high-voltage testing.
The standard configuration includes a 3-meter insulating rod, suitable for voltage levels up to 220 kV. For measured line voltages exceeding 220 kV, please use an insulating rod longer than 3 meters.
When performing nuclear phase operations, always wear insulated gloves while installing the collector.
Notice: The transmitter is powered by a 3.7V rechargeable lithium battery. Do not replace it with any other type of battery.

Notice:

Tip Terminals: These replace the hooks on the transmitter head.

Self-Test Lead Safety: The self-test lead includes a resistor to prevent the risk of electric shock when handling the alligator clips during the mains self-check.

Ground Wire Use: The ground wire is designed for low-voltage applications (voltage < 1 kV). Do not use it in high-voltage conditions.
