Precautions

When measuring the inductive load, do not remove the test leads directly, as this may endanger the safety of testing personnel and equipment due to inductive discharge. The output end of this machine is equipped with a discharge circuit. After the instrument is reset, the inductance will discharge energy through the instrument. Ensure you remove the test leads only after the discharge indicator confirms completion.

For no-load voltage regulating transformers, the tap switch must not be adjusted during measurement.

If the power supply suddenly cuts off during the measurement process, the instrument will automatically begin discharging. Please do not immediately disconnect; wait at least 30 seconds before doing so.

When measuring, do not short-circuit or ground other untested windings. Doing so may slow down the transformer charging process, extend the data stabilization time, or result in incorrect values.

Please check the power supply voltage before startup: AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz.

During the test, ensure that the test equipment is powered off and disconnected from other live equipment.

The test casing must be reliably grounded.

Do not stack irrelevant items on or around the equipment panel during the test.

When replacing fuses and accessories, use only the same model as specified for this instrument (see the technical specifications for details).

Take precautions against moisture and oil exposure for the instrument.

When selecting the current, refer to the range in the technical index. If the current exceeds the range, the instrument will be in a "charging" state because it cannot reach the preset value. In this case, press the reset key to reset the instrument and select a lower current range.
